Florida Broadband, Inc. (“Florida Broadband,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and our Internet, WiFi and phone services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, service address, billing address, phone, email, and payment information (processed by our payment provider).
Service information: plan, equipment identifiers (such as MAC and IP addresses), signal and performance data, data usage totals, and support history.
Availability checks: the address and email you enter when checking whether service is available.
Website information: pages visited, device and browser type, and cookies or similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel.
Phone service: for VoIP customers, call detail records needed for billing and 911 service.

What we do not do: we do not inspect the content of your Internet traffic, and we do not sell your personal information or your browsing history.

2. How we use information

To determine service availability, install, provide, bill and support your service.
To monitor, maintain, secure and improve our network.
To communicate with you about your account, outages, and offers (you may opt out of marketing at any time).
To comply with the law, including 911 and law-enforcement requirements.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, billing and customer management, payment processing, email and messaging, and website analytics), who may use it only on our behalf; when required by law, subpoena or court order; to protect our rights, network or customers; or as part of a sale or merger of our business, subject to this policy.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies from Google and Meta to understand how visitors use the site and to show our ads to people who have visited it (often called retargeting). These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view, links you click (such as tapping a phone number) and whether you submitted a form. Some may collect contact details you type into a form in hashed (scrambled) form to help measure ad results.

Google Ads helps us measure and show our ads on Google. Manage your ad preferences at myadcenter.google.com.

You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop our website from working.

5. Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

For phone customers, we protect CPNI — information about the quantity, type, destination and billing of your calls — as required by federal law. We require verification before discussing CPNI and do not use it for marketing unrelated to your service without your consent.

6. Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to text messages.
Control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of analytics and interest-based ads using the links in section 4.
Ask to review or correct your account information by contacting us.

7. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

8. Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
